In general, orders are prepared the same day the order is received and sent the next day with the SEUR 24h service. For example, an order received on Monday at 12:00 p.m. would be picked up by SEUR on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday. Orders that are received first thing in the day may be able to be prepared and picked up by SEUR on the same day.
If it is important for you to ensure the deadline by which you will receive the order, please contact us beforehand through any of the contact channels.
If the order has not yet been collected by SEUR, it is possible to make the change. To do this, you must contact us as soon as possible through any of the contact channels.
We ship to the following countries:
For national shipments we use the SEUR 24h service. and for international shipments the SEUR Classic / DPD service. For shipments to towns close to our headquarters we use our own transport service.
Shipments to mainland Spain are free from a purchase of €90 . The detailed shipping cost is displayed in the shopping cart once the shipping address has been entered.

We are an online store but we accept collections by appointment at our facilities at Carrer Bon Viatge 36A in Sant Joan Despí.
Orders are usually ready within a maximum period of 24 hours. When your order is ready we will contact you by phone or SMS to agree on the day and time of delivery.
