Straw yellow color with golden edges. Intense aromas of fruits such as pear and ripe banana. Hints of honey, spices, cereals and aging wood. On the palate it is silky, elegant and sweet. With a long and intense finish.

THE DISTILLERY
Founded in 1886 by a Danish engineer, Christian Matthiessen.
The Capuava farm began its activities with innovations and modern techniques in the manufacture of wooden pieces by Danish immigrants, who traditionally drank the AQUAVIT drink. Just like in Brazil there was this drink, these immigrants began planting sugar cane with the aim of producing an alcoholic distillate. Thus began the manufacture of the first Artisanal Cachaça of Piracicaba. With excellent soil and a favorable climate, it was with sugar cane that Christian found his vocation.
In Capuava always with the objective of quality, with the most modern agricultural techniques, are a set of factors that allow soil conservation and the highest yield. The quality of Cachaça is a reflection of this excellent Raw Material.
Today the Capuava farm manufactures in its distillery with the same tradition and the quality of its founders, the genuine Brazilian cachaça. All this while maintaining the social responsibility of its environment, one of the largest native forest reserves in the region and important water reserves, permanently recovered and reforested.
After planting, cultivating and transforming the raw material into the final product, Capuava offers cachaças of various organoleptic standards for companies around the world in the premium beverage segment.
