Varieties: Chardonnay and Macabeo.

Fermentation on its lees with periodic "bâttonage" and aging in new French and American oak barrels for 8 months.

Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Intense and sweet aromas, white fruit, tropical, citrus nuts and spicy notes, a memory of its time in wood. Smoky touches and sweet memories in the background.

In the mouth tasty, sweet notes of pineapple mixed with roasted. Balanced. Good, fairly long finish that leaves pleasant memories of creamy toasted notes.

THE CELLAR

The Castell del Remei winery is located in the region of La Noguera, about 250 m above sea level. It was built in 1780, the year of which there is documentary evidence of the planting of vineyards on the estate, for the production of crianza wines.

With the help of an oenologist and four families of farmers from Bordeaux, the production and subsequent aging of the wines began in American oak barrels, following French production methods.
