DO Cava
Variety: 100% Macabeo
Cava with a minimum aging of 30 months. It ferments in new French oak barrels and is aged in the same barrels for 6 months, the rest in the bottle.
Pale yellow color with golden reflections and fine and abundant bubbles. Aromas of candied fruit, roasted apple and floral notes that little by little give way to aging notes such as pastries, vanilla, burnt sugar and dried fruit. On the palate, fresh, round with a hint of citrus and a long finish.
Gastronomic cava, optimal for fatty dishes such as foie, risottos, ham, smoked meats, oysters, shellfish, meat and fish in sauce, and cured cheeses.
