Made following the traditional method and organic viticulture . Aged for at least 18 months in the cellar itself
Pale yellow color with new gold reflections. Fine and persistent bubble. Fruity aromas, where the notes of pippin apple, pear and fennel stand out on a pastry background. On the palate it is very fruity, soft, fresh and elegant. Balanced dry and tasty.
