Varieties: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada
Cava Brut Nature Reserva is aged for a minimum of 3 years in the bottle.
Pale golden color, aromas with notes of white and ripe fruit, toasted bread and a certain citric background.
The typical touches of its long aging appear. In the mouth, small and abundant bubbles, dry, soft and silky.

THE CELLAR
Founded in 1786, by Joan Juvé i Mir together with his wife Teresa Camps i Ferrer, located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. Generation after generation, they have been able to combine over more than 200 years family tradition and adaptation to current needs. His first cava, under the "Juvé" brand, was marketed in 1921.
