Aged for 36 months in rhymes in the cellars of the winery.

Straw yellow color, clean, bright, very small and persistent bubbles. Floral aromas, sour apple, pear, pastries. On the palate it has an attractive and soft but present bubble, fruit, soft citrus) and flowers, it highlights balance and elegance with a perfectly integrated wood; good persistence.

THE CELLAR

Billecart-Salmon founded in 1818. It covers 10 hectares and is one of the most prestigious champagne wineries since it gained recognition in a famous tasting held in Stockholm at the end of the last century to choose the best champagne of the century.
