The Cellar Master selects 12% to 14% of red wines from villages famous for their pinots, such as Bouzy, Verzenay or Ambonnay on the Montagne de Reims or Riceys on the Côte des Bar. Once equilibrium is achieved by adding reserve wines, the final coupage is obtained, dominated by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and completed by Pinot Meunier
Its fine and abundant bubbles form a delicious foam. On the nose, exquisite aromas emerge where summer fruits such as strawberries with subtle notes of vanilla and caramel predominate. On the palate, the palate is filled with flavors of red fruits, caramel and vanilla with a round and intense finish.
