THE CELLAR
The Quinta Quietud Winery is located in the town of Toro (Zamora).
It was founded in 1999, by a French couple who sold it in 2001 to the current owners, a small group of friends, mainly from Valladolid, who together with their families, carry out the different tasks of the same, with the exception of the oenologist and manager of the vineyard, Jean François Hébrard, of French origin.
From the beginning, the technical team applied organic cultivation and since 2002 the entire vineyard has been organically cultivated, for which they use fertilizer with sheep manure or a mixture of sheep, cow or horse depending on the needs.Treatments with infusions and decoctions of plants (nettle, valerian, lavender, comfrey) and minerals (sulfur and copper).
Currently they have 24 hours of vineyard.
