Premium gin, obtained by traditional quadruple distillation in batches, three of the wheat grain with water, and a fourth with the botanical components incorporated, which is called fresh distillation.

It is made with 11 botanicals, juniper, orange peel, coriander, licorice, cinnamon, cassia, nutmeg, cardamom, grains of paradise, cloves and iris flower and root.

Bluish color due to the iris flower, floral aromas, spices and slightly citrus. On the palate, spicy notes of cloves and pepper, earthy notes of roots, cinnamon and a slightly bitter aftertaste, contrasting with its florality.
