SUAU gin is a London Dry style gin made according to a recipe based on a master formula that was already used for more than 50 years in the Bodega de Mallorca itself, only that for this new gin, seeking Premium quality, said formula has been improved. with quadruple distillation in copper stills.

The base is English cereal alcohol, to which are added the nine botanicals that are Saxony angelica, Belgian angelica, coriander, licorice root, orris root, lemon peel, Soller orange peel, juniper berries and bitter almond from the Tramuntana mountains.

Dry, citric with notes of lemon and orange.
