Ice Wine is made with a new prototype fed by two freezer chambers that work at -15ºC with the help of liquid nitrogen. This improves the freezing of the grapes, achieving more speed and homogeneity in the process.

Its acidity allows other possibilities such as foies and cheeses, especially soft pasta.

Pale yellow color with yellow-green reflections. Citrus aromas and exotic fruits, lychees, medlar, apricot. Delicate floral perfume, orange blossom, rose water, which will evolve towards hydrocarbon nuances typical of the variety. On the palate, being a sweet wine, it stands out for its great fluidity with a surprisingly integrated acidity. Silky, unctuous, meaty, glyceric with a great weight of fruit. This harmony makes it easy to continue tasting it.
