Transparent and bright color. Aromas of green herbs and cooked maguey with light notes of smoked. On the palate notes of herbs and citrus giving way to sweet tones and a persistent finish on the palate of cooked agave flavors.

THE DISTILLERY
Los Danzantes Distillery's main mission is the artisanal production of high quality mezcal. Artisanal mezcal is produced with respect for its people, the terroir, the traditional ways of making it and the agave, also known as maguey.
In 1997, the Los Danzantes Distillery was born, rebuilt in an old palenque (artisan mezcal factory) in the town of Santiago Matatlán, State of Oaxaca, a town known as the world capital of Mezcal.
Los danzantes encompasses a group of companies with the mission of revaluing and exalting the gastronomic and cultural riches of Mexico through the fusion of a wide range of Mexican products and concepts such as its Mexican food restaurants, the artisanal production of mezcal, the Respect for the communities with which they interact and the environment.
