Brilliant and crystalline color. Fresh aroma of cooked agave, with a strong hint of alcohol and an underlying smell of raw agave. Some notes of caramel, wood and earth. On the palate San Cosme feels like it smoothly coats the mouth, and has a smoky flavor from the agave and light leather. Nice hot finish.
