Cava made by the traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle, aged for a minimum of 20 months.
Straw yellow colour. Floral and fruit aromas. On the palate it is fresh, fruity and very elegant with notes of white and yellow fruit.

THE CELLAR
The Miquel Pons Winery is located in La Granada del Penedés, in the heart of the Cava y Penedés designation of origin.
Miquel Pons has been making wines and cavas for more than 250 years, his beginnings were in the old family home, the old Cal Montargull farmhouse.
The farm has 60 hectares of vineyards, of which 40 are owned and the rest are leased.
