Italian pasta made with top quality durum wheat semolina (75%) and fresh eggs (25%) .
Its manufacturing process is unique, in addition to using only the highest quality durum wheat and fresh eggs, the dough goes through a sheet machine, designed by Arrigo Cipriani, which allows the pasta dough to be worked more than 30 times, simulating the manual work of a rolling pin, to obtain an extremely elastic paste only 0.6 mm thick. This means that with only 250 g of the product, 5 portions can be served.
Tagliolini pasta is exquisite simply with butter and Parmesan or gratin with a little cooked ham.
