THE CELLAR

Cava Varias was founded in 1918 by the Miró family. In the year 1928, the prestigious architect César Martinell completed the construction of the wineries and the modernist-style mansion. The cellar and wineries are located in the historic center of the village, and from its founding until mid-2003, they have always been linked to the Mirò family. As of that year, it became the property of Pere Varias.

Maintaining the criteria of tradition, wisdom and experience, the new owners are committed to a radical change in the production of products, introducing everything that today's innovation and technology can contribute to the production of quality products.
