THE CELLAR
The Ramon Bilbao Winery was founded in 1924 by Ramón Bilbao Murga, in the municipality of Haro, in the heart of the Rioja Alta.
Until 1966, when its last descendant died, it was a family winery, a pioneer in producing aged wines.
In 1972, and with the idea of continuing to make aged wines, it was acquired by another important family winery, called Diego Zamora, SA. The new owners modernized and adapted it to continue with the legacy of Ramón Bilbao.
Today it has 75 hectares of vineyards, several warehouses for storage, barrels, and bottling.
It is a winery where we can enjoy guided tours, as well as a tasting room.
