Suze is known for her original recipe and traditional brewing since 1889.
Appetizer obtained from the roots of fresh Gentian and other aromatic herbs. The Gentian plant takes almost 10 years to reach maturity, and then it is macerated in alcohol for almost a year.
Traditionally it is taken alone with ice, tonic or with orange juice, as well as in the preparation of cocktails.
Intense and bright yellow colour. Fresh aromas of aromatic plants and citrus. On the palate it is refreshing, slightly bitter and with a sweet touch.
