Bombay Sapphire gin, unlike other gins, uses an exclusive production technique called STEAM INFUSION, the most careful way of transmitting the flavor of the 10 botanicals to the gin.
The botanicals used are juniper berries and orris root from Italy, almonds and lemons from Spain, Guinea pepper or grains of paradise from West Africa, licorice and cassia bark from China, angelica from Saxony, coriander from Morocco and allspice from Java vat.
Transparent and bright color. Aromas of juniper, coriander, lemon, floral, spices, wood and dry grass. Soft, balanced, slightly citric on the palate, with spicy notes of coriander and licorice. dry and velvety finish
