DO Cava
Varieties: 70% Chardonnay - 15% Parellada - 10% Xarel.lo and 5% Macabeo.
The Anna de Codorniu Brut Nature cava is aged in the bottle in contact with yeasts at room temperature in the cellars (12º - 15º C.), followed by disgorging.
Pale straw yellow color, clean and bright, very fine bubbles with good detachment. Subtle aromas of yeast and hints of butter and white fruit (apple, pear...) on a background of nuts with light toasted tones. On the palate it is fresh and light, with a refreshing sensation when the carbonic comes off gently in the middle of the mouth.
