TASTING:
After more than 30 months in contact with the yeasts, we obtain a unique Cava, concentrated in nuances and aging notes that perfectly complement the fruity tones of the base wine, as well as a fine bubble that is well integrated into the whole. The result is a Cava of a beautiful pale yellow color, bright, with a clean and fresh aroma with hints of white fruit and citrus but with a clearly fine pastry background and light toasted notes. On the palate it is fresh and dry, very persistent and with a silky finish.
PAIRING: Indicated as an aperitif and for fish and shellfish.
