Cava of an expressive golden color that still maintains pale tones despite its long aging. Its splendid effervescence generates multiple strings of ephemeral bubbles that rise to the surface to form a stable crown.

Its aroma is penetrating, complex, cheerful and very fresh. This is a surprising cava, since, despite being a Gran Reserva, it preserves an enormous freshness in which clear notes of white flowers and fleshy fruits can be distinguished. Its complexity grows progressively and very soon light toasted notes and a background of honey appear.

Once in the mouth it is intense, suggestive and extremely pleasant. Its effervescence gently caresses our palate, showing all the creaminess of its foam. Unctuous and very persistent, it says goodbye leaving us the memory of its deep and delicate aromas.
