Its aroma is deep, complex and surprising. Intense notes of stone fruits (peach, apricot, medlar,...) coexist with aromas of brioche and butter. Little by little, as the cava opens up, a faint background of new and curry appears, as well as a slight touch of distinction provided by the toasted aroma typical of great sparkling wines.
On the palate, its pleasant and persistent effervescence caresses the palate, filling it with pleasant sensations. Extremely unctuous and structured, it is surprisingly fresh given its age. Its persistence is remarkable and leaves us with memories of dried apricots (dried apricots), new ones and fine pastries.
