A cava made by hand and raised in the cellars of the convent that stands next to the Perelada Castle, the same ones where the Carmelite friars made wine more than six centuries ago.
TASTING NOTE
Pale yellow color, with slight greenish tones. Continuous detachment of fine bubbles of high integration, with formation of a crown. Clean aroma of toasted fruits, aging and minerals, which trace its personality. Creamy and ripe flavor, slightly fruity and with a good balance.
