Origin: California
The quintuple distillation, in which only the heart of the gin is selected, is carried out in hand-made stills. Each distillation takes almost 11 hours, not including the overnight maceration process.
The botanicals mature in the traditional still overnight. It is made from a selection of aromatic herbs such as juniper from Tuscany, coriander from Romania, cardamom from Guatemala, cinnamon from Indonesia and bergamot from Calabria, among others.
Transparent and bright color. Citrus and juniper aromas. Silky and elegant in the dry mouth.
THE DISTILLERY
Distillery209 was built on the waters of San Francisco Bay, the only distillery in the world that is built on water which gives it the natural cooling properties of 13 feet below the dock which maintains the air temperature in the distillery perfect for distilling all year round.
