Origin Menorca

Gin Xoriguer is made from wine alcohols that they receive from the Peninsula, macerated with Juniper berries, herbs from the island, which the manufacturer keeps absolutely secret, for its distillation it is used as fuel, direct wood fire, and later It is kept in oak barrels until it is bottled.

Brilliant crystalline color. Aromas of juniper, fruits and wild herbs. On the palate, soft, dry with notes of thyme and rosemary, and light touches of wood.

THE DISTILLERY

The Xoriguer Distillery began to produce this distillate at the beginning of the 20th century in Mahon (Menorca), at the request of the English sailors and soldiers, who lived and visited the island, since it belonged to the British crown.

MIQUEL PONS JUSTO, heir to such a long artisan tradition, continued with the liquor company and therefore chose not only the name, but also the image of the centenary family business as an emblem: the slender mill with blades in the wind.

Today it continues to be a family business with projections for the future, faithful to its origins and to continuous craftsmanship.
