With 12 years of aging, it was launched on the market at the end of 1992.
Very fine rum due to its slow aging. Aged in small white oak barrels. Reddish amber color. Aromas of butter caramel, and roasted apple. The palate is elegant, with notes of honey from the cane itself, semi-sweet flavor.

THE DISTILLERY
Azúcar San Antonio engineer, built the first distillery in 1890 in Chichigalpa, Nicaragua. The Company was founded by Francisco Pellas, dedicated to producing rum and bringing it to the market. This is how the Flor de Caña brand was born. Today, the fifth generation of the Pellas family continues to guide Compañía Licorera de Nicaragua with its commitment to artisan excellence, the finest ingredients and the unique process of slow aging.
