Ideal to accompany Appetizers, salads, grilled vegetables. All kinds of fish and shellfish. Very interesting with Japanese food. Rice, and paellas.

Brilliant pale greenish color with steely and very bright reflections. Aroma of pink white flowers and jasmine, orange blossom, chamomile apricots, linden and citrus. On the palate, soft, silky, fresh with citric notes and slightly sweet.
