DO Costers del Segre
Varieties: 45% Tempranillo, 30% Garnacha, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon.
The harvest was carried out for these varieties during the months of September and October, separating varieties and their level of ripeness, seeking their optimum maturation. Average production for these varieties was 6,500 to 7,000 kg/ha.
For each variety the elaboration is carried out separately until the moment of the final "coupage". Cold maceration and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, working the hat and macerating for approximately 15 days. Once the malolactic fermentation was finished, the wine remained for 4 months in 300-litre French oak barrels. Careful preparation of the final "coupage".
Ruby red color, bright, with violet reflections. Aromas of fresh red fruit, combined with the subtle notes of tertiary aromas in the background, which convey complexity. On the palate it is an expressive wine, broad and with a long mid palate.
