Marques de Murrieta is a winery with more than 160 years of history. Its founder traveled to the Bordeaux region to learn winemaking techniques and transferred the know-how to La Rioja and built a French Chateau-style castle on his Ygay estate.
This wine is a blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha tinta, Mazuelo and Graciano grape varieties from Finca Ygay, located between 320 and 485 meters above sea level.
