This gin encompasses a traditional london dry gin with a remarkably Japanese approach incorporating cedar wood.
Transparent and bright color. Citrus aromas of yuzu, ginger and spices. On the palate it is a silky and balanced gin with citrus and floral notes and a spicy finish.

THE DISTILLERY
Kaikyo Distillery (named after the Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge that lies at the foot of the distillery) is located near Akashi, a city located in southern Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan, on the Seto Inland Sea west of kobe.
The Yonezawa family, a family of sake brewers since 1856, began distilling in 1917. With the focus of celebrating 100 years of spirit production, the house installed two new Forsyth stills. The new facility has been designed to produce Japanese Single Malt Whiskey, as well as other spirits, and has been named The Kaikyo Distillery
