Absinthe is one of the most notorious and controversial drinks in history. Its popularity is due in large part to the artists and bohemia of the late 19th century.
The main composition of this drink is the contribution of aromas from the plant "Artemisia absinthium" or wormwood, that of fennel flowers and anise.
Colour: Glossy black. Aromas of wormwood and anise. On the palate it is vibrant and full-bodied, with notes of red fruit and licorice and a persistent finish that makes it a perfect liqueur to enjoy alone with cold water, with cocktails, mixed drinks and soft drinks.
