DO Montsant

Varieties: Garnacha Blanca Macabeo.

Grapes from vineyards between 35 to 80 years old.

Aging: part of the wine is fermented in French oak barrels, with regular stirring of the lees.

Straw yellow color with golden edges. Clean and very bright, it has fine and elegant slow-falling tears. Good aromatic intensity of ripe white fruit, apples, pears, apricots with hints of tropical and citrus fruit. With subtle floral aromas, orange blossom and hints of aromatic herbs, all over a buttery, pastry, toasted background.
