Tasting notes: Vivid golden colour, with attractive lemon sparkles on the rim. On the nose, fine and fruity, with marked varietal characteristics, where aromas of fresh fruit and citrus are combined. On the palate, tasty, fresh and fruity in its passage. Good, and very refreshing acidity.

Pairing: fish, shellfish, smoked fish and carpaccio.
