Lemon yellow color with greenish reflections. Aromas of ripe citrus fruits, such as lime and mandarin. Floral notes of hawthorn, jasmine and orange blossom and a hay-like herbaceous background.
On the palate, fresh, enveloping, fruity and sweet.

THE CELLAR
The Martin Codax winery is located in the heart of the Salnés Valley (Cambados, Pontevedra). It was founded in 1996 by a group of winegrowers and currently has 270 members, in addition to the collaboration of 300 families whose grapes serve to supply them.
Its vineyards, located in small plots, are characterized by using the traditional arbor system and its wines are made following innovative production techniques without forgetting traditional methods either.
