Varieties: 50% Cariñena, 25% Syrah and 25% Garnacha

Aged for 4 months in French oak barrels.

Cherry color with purple reflections. Aromas of red forest fruits, minerals and spices. On the palate fruity, fresh, with a spicy and slightly mineral finish.

THE CELLAR

Cellers Can Blau began in 2003 and is one of the oldest projects of the Gil family outside of Jumilla.

The winery is located in El Molar, within the DO Montsant, and is the most diverse project in terms of grape varieties and soil types.

It has 35 hectares of vineyards with an average age of 40 years.
