Subtlety and complexity come from its unique blend of rye, corn, barley, and malt, along with special yeast strains, Kentucky limestone, and pure filtered water.

Amber colour. Aromas of sweet oak and spices. On the palate it is soft, with notes of maple, oak and nutmeg. The finish is long, dry and velvety.

THE DISTILLERY

Stitzel-Weller Distillery is one of the true cathedrals of the American whiskey industry. Located just five miles from downtown Louisville (Kentucky). It was reopened in 2014 by Thomas E. Bulleit, Jr, who in 1987 had recovered an old family recipe from his ancestors for the production of Whiskey, and which he has updated for the production of his Bourbons, obtaining international recognition for its huge quality.
