DO Jumilla
Varieties: 60% Monastrell , 25% Tempranillo and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aged for 9 months in 225-litre French and American oak barrels.
Cherry red colour. Aromas of stewed black fruit, licorice, balsamic, mineral notes linked to the limestone soil, menthol, Mediterranean scrubland, cocoa and spices (pepper and cinnamon). In the mouth, it presents a sweet entrance, good freshness due to the balsamic, good body, tasty, notes of black fruit. Long and intense finish.
