Cava made following the traditional method, from organic viticulture with a minimum aging period of 18 months.
Pale pink color with fine and persistent bubbles with abundant rosary and crown formation.
Frank and elegant aroma with notes of fresh red fruit, white fruit, highlighting the strawberry.
On the palate it is fruity, fresh and with magnificent acidity, fine and elegant with very well integrated crabonics. Balanced, alive, soft, without edges.
