Subjected to a very long aging, the different varieties manifest themselves at their best, offering all their potential for correct evolution in the bottle.

It has a great aromatic complexity. On the nose, it has notes of ripe fruit, toasted long aging and nuts. On the palate, it has a warm and balanced attack, very complex. Creaminess, lactic notes and a long aftertaste with some smoky notes. To the eye, it offers its golden yellow hue and a slow and harmonious release of small bubbles.
