Type: Brut.
Varieties: Xarel.lo, Macabeo, Parellada, Pinot noir and Chardonnay fermented in French dAllier barrels.
Aging: more than 36 months.
Tasting note: A great cava that stands out for its complexity, elegance and finesse. Pale yellow in color, with very fine bubbles that form a perfect crown. Aromas of ripe tropical fruit and stone fruit, with fine pastry notes and sweet spices such as vanilla and cinnamon. A delicate, tasty, creamy and persistent mid palate. Very well integrated carbonic. Recommended for appetizers, fish, oysters, shellfish or haute cuisine dishes.
