Varieties: Parellada, Macabeo, Xarel lo

Aged in bottle for a minimum of 15 months.

Lemon yellow colour. Aromas of citrus, nuts and aging. Good structure in the mouth due to its prolonged aging but preserving a fresh and soft background.

THE CELLAR

Francesc Sala Ferrés founded Casa Sala in 1861, the first wine exporting brand in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. His son, Joan Sala Tubella, continued with the business and, after the wedding of his daughter Dolors Sala Vivé with Pere Ferrer Bosch, the cava business began in 1914. From then until now it has been one of the leading brands in many of the countries in which it has been established.

Currently, the Freixenet Group continues to be a 100% family business and has 18 wineries in 7 countries on 3 continents.
