Aged between 66 and 76 months in rhyme

Golden yellow color, fine, lively and persistent bubbles. Aromas of nuts, toasted, sweet fruit mix, compotes and jams. Orange peel notes. On the palate it is sweet, pleasant and very elegant.

THE CELLAR

Francesc Sala Ferrés founded Casa Sala in 1861, the first wine exporting brand in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. His son, Joan Sala Tubella, continued with the business and, after the wedding of his daughter Dolors Sala Vivé with Pere Ferrer Bosch, the cava business began in 1914. From then until now it has been one of the leading brands in many of the countries in which it has been established.
