Straw yellow color with golden reflections. Fresh aroma, of white fruit, aromatic herbs, pine, oak moss, vanilla, puff pastry, custard, nuts, toffee, praline, apricot dried apricots. In the mouth, small bubbles. Expressive retronasal route that confirms the maturity and the notes of long aging, mineral notes. Long aftertaste with hints of fruit.

THE CELLAR
It is the union of two families from the world of wine, the Batlle and the Gramona. The first were a family of viticulturists and winemakers settled in Sant Sadurní. The latter, trained as oenologists at the beginning of the 20th century, who gave the company its name. In 1881 Pau Batlle built the wine-making facilities in the Celler Batlle, at the back of the family home in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia. In 1921 Bartomeu Gramona and Pilar, the only daughter of the Batlle family, married in 1913, began marketing the first bottles of Champagne de cava.
Currently, it is the fifth generation of the Gramona Batlle, Jaume and Xavier, in charge of managing the winery and continuing to make cava according to the traditional method, passing from generation to generation.
