Origin: Scotland. Type : Indian pale ale
High fermentation (ale) whose cereal is toasted with charcoal and with a high load of aromatic and bitter hops (which helped to better preserve the beer and allowed its shipment to the Indian colonies).
Golden amber color with a thin foam. On the nose, bitter and vegetable notes appear: orange, orange blossom, pine and some malted notes. In the mouth it brings us, from citrus notes that remind us of lychee and grapefruit to more balsamic notes of pine and malted and bitter notes. The finish is long and plays very well with the bitter sensation of the hops.
