Aged in rhyme a minimum of 84 months.
Bright pale yellow color, fine and persistent bubbles. Floral, citrus, spicy and sweet aromas of pepper, brown sugar, marzipan and caramelized melon. On the palate fruity notes of white peach, lemon, pineapple, green banana and pear. Very elegant.

THE CELLAR
It is one of the most successful and glamorous wineries in the world. Founded in 1743 by Claude Moët, a wine merchant in Epernay, he founded Maison Moët. In 1833, the winery takes the name of Moët and Chandon with the entry into the management team of Pierre-Gabriel Chandon, son-in-law of Jean-Rémy Moët, grandson of the founder, director of the company at that time and a man of great entrepreneurial spirit; Then began the great expansion of Champagne Moët & Chandon in Europe and throughout the world.
The grandson of the founder of Moët & Chandon dedicated the Imperial Brut to Napoleon, with whom he maintained a close friendship.
