DO Priorat
Varieties: Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Cariñena
Clos Mogador is made with grapes selected and harvested manually, with fermentations in different types of containers (wood, steel, cement) and aged for 18 months in barrels from different European forests, 50% new and the rest second year. .
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels and then remains in the bottle for 12 months.
The only wine from Priorat that receives the mention of Estate Wine.

THE CELLAR
René Barbier , descendant of a well-known dynasty of winemakers of French origin and also established in Penedès, was one of the pioneers of the new Priorat reds. The winery was founded in 1989, the Clos Mogador vineyard is an immense slate amphitheater, bathed at its feet by the Siurana.
