Variety: Syrah, Merlot and Tempranillo

Compta Ovelles Wine is a red wine made from Syrah, Merlot and Tempranillo grapes, from vines between 10 and 40 years old.

Vinification of the varieties separately and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 26°C to 28°C, for 16 days.

Cherry red color with violet reflections. Aromas of cherry, franbueza and strawberry that gives it a very special touch. Fresh, balsamic on the palate with notes of red fruits. Persistent finish on the palate.
