DO Land of Castile
Harvest date: Fourth week of August.
Fermentation: Brief pre-fermentative maceration after passing through Boreal at 5ºC. 15 days with selected yeasts in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature.
Tasting notes: Straw yellow, clean and bright with a greenish rim and metallic tones that denotes youth. At first it expresses everything it has, aromas of lychees, tropical fruit (passion fruit), pineapple and banana. On the palate it is sincere and expresses the entire nose, covered with a perfect acidity that makes it refreshing and invites us to drink. Unctuous and pleasant finish.
